By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your place of residence.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) vcity177 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. 3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vcity177 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vcity177 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify vcity177 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). vcity177 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.4 Account Activity. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. vcity177 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
4.1 Deposit Methods. vcity177 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vcity177 does not accept third-party deposits — funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. vcity177 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable. vcity177 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. vcity177 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must not be made from proceeds of illegal activity. vcity177 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect involvement in prohibited financial activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a vcity177 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. vcity177 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any withdrawn funds equivalent to the chargeback amount, and pursue all available legal remedies in connection with fraudulent chargeback activity.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on the vcity177 Platform are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods. These terms are set out in the applicable promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are displayed in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed at stake levels exceeding any specified maximum bonus bet will not count toward wagering requirements and may be voided.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. vcity177 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been exploited, circumvented, or abused. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion with other players.
5.4 Modification of Promotions. vcity177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and met the applicable conditions will not be adversely affected by a retrospective change to that promotion's terms.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.
6.2 Software Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network failure that affects the integrity of a game round, vcity177 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Any wagers completed or winnings paid in respect of a malfunction will be voided.

9.2 vcity177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if vcity177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted by law, vcity177's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 vcity177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where: you breach any provision of these Terms; vcity177 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or vcity177 determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
10.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be voided. Balances representing legitimate deposits and winnings accrued in accordance with these Terms will be returned to the account holder subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.
10.3 You may voluntarily close your vcity177 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vcity177 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
